Hi the purchase now seems to have worked but the system says I only have 20 winning bids when I paid for 25?
Can this be fixed please

Hello Alastair,
As per our reply on your last ticket, the chard was not successful. We put a temporary amount of snipes so that you can use them, but then discovered the charge was invalid.

The paypal went from $24 to $40 so i did it on card but cant understand why that did not work
