I have used your service in the past however, years ago I changed my eBay UID from kbrooks459 (old) to Lumisnumis (new).
This issue led to billing issues for which I was billed twice for a year subscription.
If you guys can accurately combine my UIDs and update the bidslammer UID to lumisnumis, I would consider using the service again. I tried to resolve this many times unsuccessfully.
