Haven't used BS in a few months; need to use it today but your system won't let me since it requires me to confirm my UNCHANGED Ebay password!

I know my Ebay password. I have verified it works at Ebay, I have tried both copy/pasting it in from my password manager as well as manually entering it in this stupid screen and it continues to say "Ebay password cannot be verified." The one on file with BS IS my Ebay password. Caps lock is NOT on. I don't have time for this. I also know the difference between my BS and Ebay passwords, I didn't enter the wrong one in the box.

Everything on my account is and was correct but there is no way to verify what is being entered visually on this screen as you mask those entries and offer no toggle to view. Please help or refund the money on my account. Bidslammer is no good to me if I can't use it when I need it. Thank you.

I think you have too many special characters or quotes in your password and it is just tripping a security check. Are you ok with changing your eBay password? Because eBay is more stringent with passwords that do not originate at your computer (i.e. a sniping service).

I tried that, no luck. I changed ebay pw to one with only 2 special characters and upper and lower case letters. I logged out of both BS and EBay, cleared cache/cookies, exited and restarted my browser. Verified I could login at Ebay with new password with no issue. Entered new ebay password at BS, same error.

"Can not confirm password
We could not confirm your password with eBay. Please verify your password at the eBay site before making another attempt. If you are sure that your CAPS LOCK is off, but are unable to resolve this error, please contact customer service using the Help link in the navigation bar, and we will try to help."

This is tedious, what do you suggest now?

The new ebay password also includes a number per their requirements, just so you don't think that is the issue.

Did you disable the slam-it button for Chrome? It worked in the past but doesn't now even though javascript is specifically enabled for bidslammer.com and bidslammer.com/user. I can add a snipe manually but when I try the button it comes up bidslammer.com/user not found.

We got rid of bidslammer.com/user a while back, so users need to just delete the old toolbar and drag the new one:
