We have 4 computers.
Computer #1, which is the computer we signed up with, enters Bidslammer no problem.
However, with computer # 2, after numerous times using exactly the same username & password, we constantly get an error message?
Also just tried to contact you on computer #2, but it won't allow that.
Am using computer #1 to send this message & hopefully it goes through.

2. Please check spam to see if any previous attempts are there.
3. If all else fails, "Sign in with eBay": https://bidslammer.com/signup/ . This will take you to your dashboard.

Yet someone else won the bid with only $16.87? Does not make any sense.
Also, is there a way to see the rising prices of bids on Bidslammer?
I tried refreshing but to no avail & also pressed Bidslammer button that says Refresh Bids/Prices.
For example, the item we're bidding on begins with say $20. & remains at $20. yet the price, (from others bids), has climbed to 40.?
Also, are the prices on Bidslammer USD or Canadian dollars?
Also a dark green border encircled one of our bids.
What does this mean?

We investigated to see what we encountered when we placed this snipe. I can tell you two things for certain;
1. BidSlammer placed two bids for 31.62 CAD
2. eBay returned "Success" for both of them.
As far as why you did not win, I think you have to ask eBay. From what we see here, you should have won. We track nearly 50 error situations and our software didn't catch any of them.
