I have been using your program for about 6 months now and at first it was just perfect.
But lately I have observed that I started losing auctions for only 1 euro with you too(which was the reason I stopped sending to other companies and came to you). I haven't changed anything like settings or the way of using the program but the cases of losing for 1 euro are getting more and more.
Please if you have any tips on how to avoid this and make profit again as it was in the beginning I would be very grateful.

Thank you for your question about your snipes. I did a lookup for all of the items fitting your description, where your bid was just under the cost.

What's happening is that when we place your snipe, the other bidder bid higher, so eBay adds one "minimum bid increment" to your bid, and that becomes the closing price.
eBay adds what is called a "minimum bid increment" to the current price. They do this to honor the traditional nature of auctions, which is for the auctioneer to raise the price after each bid.
