Lost most recent snipe

Hello,
I'm having a difficult time figuring out why I lost my most recent snipe. It seems like bidslammer did not function correctly. Could you please have a look and let me know? Thanks.

Hello Jan,
Thank you for your question about this snipe. You did not win, simply, because your bid was not high enough.
Please note that when we place your bid, it won't register in the bid history list unless it was higher than the current price at the time of the snipe.
For more info on automatic (proxy) bidding, try this link:

Hello,
Have a look at this screenshot:
https://paste.pics/6a6e307a5af1f29539c4910871cecf60
It looks like my snipe was for 82.50 and the auction closed at 61.00. This would mean that my snipe is higher than the current price.
Also, it shows up as a won auction and used one of my credits.
Please advise.

This snipe reads correctly now, and I issued credit.
It's difficult to determine win/loss status. I rewrote the software that does this, so it should not happen again.
I forgot to look up your item in our logs before I cleared them out. But I can assure you it was one of the reasons on this list below. About 80% of the time it's that the seller doesn't ship to your __registered__ country, which is a seller restriction they sometimes add on. But it is always related to configuration or a restriction in place by the seller.

Hello,
I lost another snipe with the exact same symptoms as described before. Auction closed at $69 USD and my snipe was set at $82.50 / 7 sec.
Are you able to explain what is happening? This is two in a row now exact same issue.

Hi
Are you able to provide any insight? I really like this product but I'm losing confidence.
Thanks.

Yes, we figured it out. You have to go to eBay and do the phone verification step. They are getting stricter about offers from third parties, which includes sniping. Please note this is _not_ the two-factor auth step. Please don't do that as that will definitely block snipes.
Please reply if you have any other questions, or require other assistance. We are happy to help.

Amazing. Thanks.

My phone was already showing as verified. Am I in the wrong place?

Would it be possible to use paste.pics to provide a snapshot? This would help quite a bit.

I'm assuming this is what you are talking about?
My phone already shows as verified.
I also see this, which appears in order:

I'm going to have to do a deep dive on this as it means there an error condition we don't have yet. So I can't give a perfect answer, but I did add a 6 month subscription for your patience.
When that is finished your 4 remaining snipes will pop back up. Please report if you see this again.
