My snipe was sufficient to win but wasn’t placed and I did not win this item, but the dashboard says I did?

Unfortunately, there isn't a log for this item, so I can't tell you definitively. (On your Completed tab, there is a log icon (that looks like a document page).)

I turned on verbose logging for your account so that if this happens again, we will have a lot of detail. Rest assured it's not a recurring thing and the service is functioning normally.
