The starting bid was £5.00 my maximum bid was £12.88 !
The item has now been re-listed !

This is a free snipe, so we don't have logs for it, but it is generally one of five issues. It does not appear to be buyer strikes, but the seller has restrictions set. Please let me know the answers to these questions:
How many buyer strikes do you have on record right now?
How many items have you purchased from the same seller?
Have you completed the phone verification step in My eBay?
Does the seller ship to your country?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, I do not use bid slammer very often and I’ve tried to see how many buyers strikes I’ve had but can’t seen to find that information on my account page .
I believe I can have up to 5 x free bids within a 7 x day period but I have never got anywhere near in doing that.
I have not purchased from this seller before .
Yes I have completed the phone verification in my eBay account.
This item was near to me and it was collection only with normal bidding procedure , no one bidded for the item and it has been re-listed by the seller.
I need this sorted as I don’t feel I can use bid slammer as I’m now now confident my bids will be placed.
I’ve always been very happy with bid slammer and have never had an issue like this before.
Can you please help me to ensure it will work normally for future bids ?

Hi, have you got an update for me to why the bid slammer did not bid for me ?

We did place the bids because the times were recorded. Determining win/loss status is a lot harder to do. We have turned on detailed logging for your account so that if this happens again we will know the exact reason.
You might do the phone verification again to be sure, as that is critical.
